We start by thoroughly training the users so there’s zero intimidation of the system, providing them with free lifetime training of all systems, and provide on-going support which includes preventative maintenance/ quarterly re-certifications. True ROI comes from the usability of the rooms and we won’t close a project out until every tier of user is easily engaging the system.
