Why Kelsey Graham Loves Her Immedia Career

I love my career at Immedia for many reasons, but the foundation is the culture. I feel incredibly fortunate to work in an environment where respect, trust & partnership is the umbrella that allows our internal and external clients to have relationships that go so much deeper than surface-level.  It’s rare to find a company that has employees who truly care for the better interest of their clients. I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by amazing, eager professionals. Immedia invests not only in clients, but employees as well – with continuing education, promoting a healthy work/life balance and always finding ways to boost workplace morale.

We feel fulfilled not just from delivering a project on time & under budget, but as partners to become the most sought-after technology provider in Arizona. It's not merely a fancy mission statement but a firm belief which can be achieved.

Project cycles can often times take many twists and turns which can be stressful. It’s our commitment to not only deliver an effective, innovative, and intuitive solution on day one - but to support it for the system’s lifespan. We start by thoroughly training the users so there’s zero intimidation of the system, providing them with free lifetime training of all systems, and provide on-going support which includes preventative maintenance/ quarterly re-certifications. True ROI comes from the usability of the rooms and we won’t close a project out until every tier of user is easily engaging the system.

With our company’s culture embracing hard work, great relationships, and excellent services, we feel proud to call ourselves partners rather than vendors. At the end of the day, I’m really happy to say I get to refer to my co-workers and clients as friends 😊

Acoustics & Sound Control
Many people mistakenly think that the science of acoustics is strictly musical or architectural in nature. Acoustics is defined as the science that deals with the production, control, transmission, reception, and effects of sound. This includes noise control, SONAR for underwater exploration and navigation, ultrasound for medical imaging, electroacoustic communication, architecture, seismology, bioacoustics, and more.
