Communication between teams can improve as sometimes information isn't transferred between individuals. If only one person knows about a task and they are not available it pushes the completion date back.

I would say to continue doing what you're doing! Having Level 10 meetings, allowing employees to submit issues/rocks and iron out processes.

1. Identical quarterly rocks tend to be assigned to multiple people from various departments, creating confusion between those attempting to carry out these rock tasks. This confusion tends to lead to tension, which can easily breed hostility between people from various departments tasked with the same rock. It can make it seem as though one person or department is trying to undermine the other. If management can briefly meet prior to each quarter and eliminate the duplicate tasks before doling them out, it would be more efficient, creating less confusion for the rest of the staff. 2. Quarterly/semi-annual discussions between the Install & Service crews with Engineering to discuss what equipment or room designs are and are not working out well. There is currently an "Engineering Feedback" section of status reports in SalesForce, but the Engineering department does not review these notes and, therefore, is blind to the recurring issues the teams in the field have to grapple with regularly.

If I had a friend who was on Sales, I would definitely recommend them joining Immedia as they always get preferential treatment. It would be nice if other departments got recognized as well. There is much more to the project process than just the signed contracts Jeff is always talking about. Why not highlight what Service has done or Programming? Sales isn't the only one making this company run...

Continue in the direction it is currently heading!! Company already has visibility on majority of improvement potential. (Bathroom Capacity, Computers, Office furniture / Desks, Parking, Etc..)
