Jeff Emmons

CEO

As both owner of the company and as Project Executive (PE), Jeff sponsors and empowers the team to ensure that every aspect of the job is performed to the client’s satisfaction. He owns the business case throughout the project, liaising with the Project Team on progress, and ensuring any issues are monitored and resolved. He represents the company at peer level with his client counterparts and assumes full responsibility for the success of the team. You won’t just see him at the pitch and interview, he’ll be available any time you reach out, and then some.

Matt Blair

President

Matt serves as President here at Immedia. Prior to Immedia, he was the CEO of a manufacturing firm where he focused on turn-around strategies and personnel management. He gained general business management and engineering experience from working with large corporations such as General Motors, Siemens and Knoll Furniture. He also has experience in the construction industry while running his own General Contracting firm in Michigan. He is primarily focused on improving process and results, implementing the corporate mission of excellence in service and bettering the client experience through on-time delivery, quality installation, and continuous communication. Matt is also responsible for implementing Immedia’s QA/ QC Management Plan and processes. He has served as the President of the Arizona Council of Engineering and Scientific Associations and Society of Manufacturing Engineers, while also participating in sub-committees for the Arizona Commerce Authority.

Jeff Pinter

Controller

Jeff joined the Immedia Team in 2013 as Controller and brought over 10 years of management experience with him. He relocated 10 years ago from Madison Wisconsin and has worked in Construction Architecture, and Telecommunications over the past 15 years. A few of the great construction related firms in the southwest Jeff has helped include Adolfson & Peterson, Strike Construction, Tutor-Perini Building Company, and Fitch Architecture. He has brought knowledge of implementing new accounting software packages, developed our monthly and yearly financial packages, and improved our inventory processes. Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University through Edgewood College.

Molly Fields

Operations Manager

Molly serves as the Operations Manager for Immedia. She relocated to Scottsdale from San Diego and started working for Immedia in November of 2005. She came to Immedia with 7 years of Human Resources, Office Management and Project Administration experience. During her employment with Immedia, she has developed and implemented many of the processes and internal systems used to manage accounting, inventory and project life cycles and she currently is responsible for maintaining and improving those systems. She is also responsible for Human Resources, new hire training and vendor and office management.

Ryan Kapci

Director of field services

Ryan joined the Immedia team in 2010 and brought with him a strong background in construction project management. He came to Immedia having previously served as a Project Manager with a General Contractor/Developer for 8 years. This experience exposed Ryan to a wide variety of construction environments, including; commercial building shells, tenant improvements, custom homes, semi-custom homes and track homes. During his employment with Immedia, Ryan has coordinated the completion of over 500 projects, which has given him a tremendous amount of experience to draw from when navigating projects towards a successful completion. As the leader of the Project Management team, he has cultivated this group by defining processes and establishing clear expectations for the team.

Eric Lind

Installation/Service Manager, CTS-I
10 years in the industry

Eric oversees our team of installation and service technicians to implement quality control, equipment staging and phasing of projects, ensuring adherence to Immedia’s safety standards, Quality Management program, and project construction schedules. He personally certifies all projects to ensure compliance on all checkpoints at closeout. A career highlight included his role in ensuring that Immedia achieved Infocomm’s Apex Certification.
