Ben joined the team in 2015 and brought with him 4 years’ experience as a Technical Support Specialist for Video Conferencing. He is well versed in installation, IT networking for video conferencing, and solution support. As an Account Manager he is responsible for being a point of contact with clients, facilitating vital project information, and providing sales support to Immedia’s Sales Engineers. Ben has the following certifications: LifeSize Technical Support Specialist, Avaya Scopia Design Specialist, Zoom Technical Support Specialist.
