Cori joined the Immedia team with extensive experience in AV service. She previously managed an AV service department and has a proven track record in improving service response times with constant communication. She prides herself on quick responses and working with clients to resolve issues to bring their systems back up and running with minimal downtime. She schedules and dispatches our service technicians, sends equipment in for repair, and partners with our vendors to facilitate the quickest repairs possible. She keeps our clients updated on the status of repairs/replacements so our clients can plan accordingly. Cori also oversees preventive maintenance for our ImmediaCare holders.
