Role Overview

As a Project Manager at Immedia, you will drive installation efficiency to ensure maximum job profitability. You will continuously monitor project deliverables, drive them to resolution, and keep all stakeholders routinely updated.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine, from review of various information, necessary changes in design, contract price, installation plan, or other activity; work with engineering and sales to resolve scope and/or design issues.
• Analyze and define the project management process and sub-process for efficiency.
• Work closely with the assigned Project Coordinator and Foreman to ensure redundancy within the Project Management team.
• Provide direction to the Foreman for the creation and/or modification of Project Work Plans/Tasks.
• Plan and oversee all engineering, installation, programming, commissioning, and subcontracting activities on assigned projects.

• Provide clear direction to the Procurement Team on when materials, supplies, and services are due, and when they need to be delivered to the job site.

Role Overview

As an AV Technician at Immedia, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial audiovisual systems to ensure peak performance and reliability. You will provide care, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for a variety of AV solutions, including videoconferencing technologies, videowalls, display systems, integrated environments, and event spaces. Your role ensures that clients experience uninterrupted, high-quality technology in their workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ImmediaCare preventative maintenance appointments as scheduled.
• Review service cases prior to site visits to ensure preparedness and successful resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues, documenting all diagnostic work and solutions.
• Provide detailed daily status and summary reports on assigned service cases.
• Manage equipment returns, repairs, and manufacturer RMAs as needed.
• Maintain service vehicle inventory, stock, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to company installation standards and report non-compliance when observed.

• Preferred certifications: AVIXA CTS, Crestron, Biamp, or Q-SYS.

Additional Details

• Location: In-person role, primarily servicing Phoenix-area clients.
• Work Environment: Field-based, visiting diverse client sites.
• Physical Demands: Bending, lifting up to 25 lbs., standing and sitting for extended periods.
• Travel: 90% local travel, up to 10% out of state.

Role Overview

As a Project Scheduler at Immedia, you will serve as the central point of contact and router for project resources, supporting the Project Management and Installation teams. You will envision and manage schedules between clients and projects to ensure their most efficient use.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the schedules of all Installation Techs, Programmers, Config, and Foreman.
• Work closely with the Project Management Team to understand project deliverables and priority levels for each project.
• Review construction schedules and adjust resource schedules accordingly.
• Make scheduling decisions based on the best interests of clients and the company.
• Work with the Procurement team to confirm equipment will arrive on time for scheduled activities.
• Assist the Project Management team with creating Installation Work Plans.
• Attend scheduled kickoff meetings.
• Assemble the preliminary schedule — based on construction schedule, product lead times, and installation, programming, and config hours by phase — and submit it to the Project Manager.
• Process daily schedule requests in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with installers, programmers, config staff, and foremen to understand their key strengths and weaknesses and apply that knowledge when scheduling.
• Keep the internal Immedia team (sales, accounting, procurement, management, installers, programmers, configuration, and project scheduler) informed of project progress.
• Build relationships with established subcontractors and labor providers.
