Role Overview

As an AV Technician at Immedia, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial audiovisual systems to ensure peak performance and reliability. You will provide care, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for a variety of AV solutions, including videoconferencing technologies, videowalls, display systems, integrated environments, and event spaces. Your role ensures that clients experience uninterrupted, high-quality technology in their workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ImmediaCare preventative maintenance appointments as scheduled.
• Review service cases prior to site visits to ensure preparedness and successful resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues, documenting all diagnostic work and solutions.
• Provide detailed daily status and summary reports on assigned service cases.
• Manage equipment returns, repairs, and manufacturer RMAs as needed.
• Maintain service vehicle inventory, stock, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to company installation standards and report non-compliance when observed.

• Preferred certifications: AVIXA CTS, Crestron, Biamp, or Q-SYS.
