As owner of the company, Jeff empowers the Immedia team to ensure that every aspect of audio/video technology service meets clients’ business objectives. He guides Immedia’s vision to be the leading audio/visual provider in the Southwest, and also to serve employees through an engaging workplace culture that makes Immedia one of the best employers in Arizona. Since 2004, Jeff has grown the company to offer ImmediaStudios and ImmediaCare to clients who desire help with custom content, regular maintenance and real-time support to optimize their workplace technology. In 2023, Jeff brought together a dozen partners and more 100 manufacturers to open a one-of-a-kind facility called the Southwest Experience Center, which is located inside the Immedia corporate office. The 14,000 square-foot showroom features product categories and solutions that help end users imagine the possibilities as they design their workplaces of the future.

Matt serves as President and Co-Owner at Immedia. Prior to Immedia, he was the CEO of a manufacturing firm where he focused on turn-around strategies and personnel management. He gained business management and engineering experience from working at large corporations like General Motors, Siemens and Knoll. Matt also has experience in the construction industry and ran his own general contracting firm in Michigan. His focus is improving processes, implementing the corporate mission of excellence in service and bettering the client experience through on-time delivery, quality installation, and continuous communication. He has served as president of the Arizona Council of Engineering and Scientific Associations and Society of Manufacturing Engineers, participated in sub-committees for the Arizona Commerce Authority, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley YMCA.

Collette is at the helm of our culture, workforce, and leadership development initiatives. With over two decades of HR leadership expertise, her career spans across multiple Fortune 100 companies. She is renowned for her keen insight and fervent dedication to enhancing organizational performance and enriching the employee experience. Her extensive experience and strategic approach play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future.

Carl’s experience spans more than 20 years of enterprise-driven sales account management. As a technology thought leader, he has guided clients through complex projects that span the globe. He works closely with Immedia’s enthusiastic and versatile sales team to expand the company’s enterprise client base, while also providing next-level service to current and future partners.

Jonathan is a highly experienced IT and Cybersecurity professional with over 25 years of expertise. Previously overseeing engineering efforts at a handful of cybersecurity companies, he led cybersecurity analysts in developing strategies to mitigate cyber threats and ensures compliance with various standards. Jonathan's notable achievements include spearheading comprehensive IT strategies for a transit agency, resulting in substantial cost savings through modernization efforts. He has also managed the Security Operations and Cyber Defense for the Executive Airlift Communications Network for the Air Force, enhancing its security posture. With the significant shift in AV and IT integration, he sees a need to ensure that addressing security is encompassed as part of Immedia's product offerings. His diverse professional journey includes serving in the military, with the private sector, and contributing to non-profit initiatives for a well-rounded technology focused career. Jonathan is recognized for his leadership, innovation, and the ability to deliver cost-effective solutions, streamlining operations, and establishing best practices throughout his distinguished career.
