As owner of Immedia, Jeff leads the team in delivering audio/visual solutions that align with clients' business goals. He drives the company’s growth, culture, and vision as a leading technology partner in the Southwest. Since 2004, Jeff has expanded Immedia’s services to include ImmediaStudios, ImmediaCare, and the Southwest Experience Center—offering clients comprehensive support, creative content, and a one-of-a-kind workplace technology showroom.

Matt serves as President and Co-Owner at Immedia, bringing extensive leadership experience from roles in manufacturing, engineering, and construction. He focuses on improving processes, driving operational excellence, and enhancing client experiences through quality, communication, and on-time delivery. Matt has also served in leadership roles with professional organizations and advisory boards throughout Arizona.

Carl’s experience spans more than 20 years of enterprise-driven sales account management. As a technology thought leader, he has guided clients through complex projects that span the globe. He works closely with Immedia’s enthusiastic and versatile sales team to expand the company’s enterprise client base, while also providing next-level service to current and future partners.

Jacob Leverance serves as Vice President of Operations at Immedia, where he leads operational execution and drives alignment across project management, engineering, procurement, warehouse, field, configuration, and service teams. Since joining Immedia in May 2022, Jacob has advanced through roles as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Manager of Project Management before assuming his current executive leadership position. Jacob brings more than a decade of experience managing commercial projects. Before joining Immedia, he managed custom commercial millwork projects across the nation, developing a strong foundation in construction coordination, scheduling, and project delivery. He also served as a volunteer fire chief, an experience that further strengthened his leadership, decision-making, and commitment to serving others. His focus is building accountable teams, improving operational processes, and delivering quality projects through proactive communication, dependable execution, and an exceptional client experience.
