Jeff Emmons
Founded the company in 2004
As owner of the company, Jeff empowers the Immedia team to ensure that every aspect of audio/video technology service meets clients’ business objectives. He guides Immedia’s vision to be the leading audio/visual provider in the Southwest, and also to serve employees through an engaging workplace culture that makes Immedia one of the best employers in Arizona. Since 2004, Jeff has grown the company to offer ImmediaStudios and ImmediaCare to clients who desire help with custom content, regular maintenance and real-time support to optimize their workplace technology. In 2022, he co-founded the cybersecurity company CyVig. Jeff is passionate about finding, challenging and developing amazing people and growing the Immedia family.
Matt Blair
Joined the team in January 2013
Matt serves as President and Co-Owner at Immedia. Prior to Immedia, he was the CEO of a manufacturing firm where he focused on turn-around strategies and personnel management. He gained business management and engineering experience from working at large corporations like General Motors, Siemens and Knoll. Matt also has experience in the construction industry and ran his own general contracting firm in Michigan. His focus is improving processes, implementing the corporate mission of excellence in service and bettering the client experience through on-time delivery, quality installation, and continuous communication. He has served as president of the Arizona Council of Engineering and Scientific Associations and Society of Manufacturing Engineers, participated in sub-committees for the Arizona Commerce Authority, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley YMCA.
Mike Blain
Chief Financial Officer
Joined the team in January 2021
Mike is a finance executive with more than 20 years’ experience in leadership roles in the public and private sectors. His unique background in both the construction and technology industries helps him drive not only positive financial results, but also helps foster the fun and engaging culture that Immedia maintains for employees. Throughout his career, Mike has led organizations through multiple mergers and acquisitions. An admitted data geek, he is always ensuring any decisions are made based on solid, data-driven analysis.
Chris Riley
Chief Technology Officer
Joined the team in March 2022
Chris brings more than 20 years of IT leadership to Immedia, where he oversees IT staff and the deployment of security solutions. Throughout his career, he has defined technologies and managed high-performance teams that have helped companies achieve their business objectives with cybersecurity programs. Chris is skilled at transforming IT programs for teams that face increased challenges in securing new workplace technologies and far more network-dependent devices. In 2022, he co-founded the cybersecurity company CyVig with Immedia founder and CEO Jeff Emmons.
Ryan Kapci
Director of Field Operations
Joined the team in February 2010
Ryan oversees the project management team to ensure that projects run smoothly and clients are kept informed through the process. Ryan joined the Immedia team in 2010 and brought with him a strong background in construction project management. He came to Immedia having previously served as a project manager with a general contractor/developer for eight years. This experience exposed Ryan to a wide variety of construction environments, including commercial building shells, tenant improvements, custom homes, semi-custom homes, and track homes. Ryan has coordinated the completion of more than 500 projects for Immedia.
Eric Lind
Director of Field Services
Joined the team in October 2012
Eric oversees Immedia’s Customer Experience Team, Quality Control Department, and Installation Team to help implement quality control, equipment staging, and phasing of projects. He ensures adherence to Immedia’s safety standards, Quality Management Program, and project construction schedules. Eric came up as a technician and understands what it takes to provide clients with an outstanding final product. Immedia achieved Infocomm’s Apex Certification through Eric’s leadership.
Dirk Williams
Director of Corporate Strategy
Joined the team in September 2019
Dirk’s career has taken him from the boardroom of companies like Thomson Reuters, Best Buy, and General Mills to Main Street, where he operated a B2C chain for a decade in California. Since 2019, Dirk has developed Immedia’s customer experience model, defined the lines of business strategic growth structure, and implemented open-book management. He built and now leads ImmediaStudios, the division which combines technology with custom video content to enable business growth.
Matt Yenter
Executive Director of the Southwest Experience Center
Joined the team in March 2015
Matt brings more than three decades of sales and audio/video credentials to Immedia. His background includes consultative sales territory management within the A/V industry for both integrators and manufacturers. Throughout his career, Matt has focused on increasing market share through improved services, educating his client base and targeting key enterprise accounts. He is directly responsible for revenue generation across all Immedia business units. Matt maintains relationships with architecture, engineering and construction professionals, and represents Immedia at commercial real estate industry events. He is responsible for building relationships with manufacturing partners and leveraging that for continued business success for all stakeholders.
Carl Adams
Director of Sales
Joined the team in September 2020
Carl’s experience spans more than 20 years of enterprise-driven sales account management. As a technology thought leader, he has guided clients through complex projects that span the globe. He works closely with Immedia’s enthusiastic and versatile sales team to expand the company’s enterprise client base, while also providing next-level service to current and future partners.
