Jeff Emmons
CEO
Founded the company in 2004
The buck really does stop here. As both the owner of the company and Project Executive (PE), Jeff sponsors and empowers the team to ensure that every aspect of the job is performed to the client’s satisfaction. He owns the business case throughout the project, liaising with the Project Team on progress, and ensuring any issues are monitored and resolved. He represents the company at a peer level with his client counterparts and assumes full responsibility for the success of the team. You won’t just see him at the pitch and interview, he’ll be available any time you reach out, and then some.
Matt Blair
President
Joined the team in January 2013
Matt serves as President and Co-Owner at Immedia. Prior to Immedia, he was the CEO of a manufacturing firm where he focused on turn-around strategies and personnel management. He gained business management and engineering experience from working with large corporations such as General Motors, Siemens and Knoll Furniture. He also has experience in the construction industry while running his own General Contracting firm in Michigan. His focus is improving processes, implementing the corporate mission of excellence in service and bettering the client experience through on-time delivery, quality installation, and continuous communication. He has served as the President of the Arizona Council of Engineering and Scientific Associations and Society of Manufacturing Engineers, participated in sub-committees for the Arizona Commerce Authority and is currently on the Advisory Board for the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley YMCA.
Ryan Kapci
Director of Field Operations
Joined the team in February 2010
Ryan joined the Immedia team in 2010 and brought with him a strong background in construction project management. He came to Immedia having previously served as a Project Manager with a General Contractor/Developer for 8 years. This experience exposed Ryan to a wide variety of construction environments, including; commercial building shells, tenant improvements, custom homes, semi-custom homes and track homes. During his employment with Immedia, Ryan has coordinated the completion of over 500 projects, which has given him a tremendous amount of experience to draw from when navigating projects towards a successful completion. As the leader of the Project Management team, he has cultivated this group by defining processes and establishing clear expectations for the team.
Eric Lind
Director of Field Services
Joined the team in October 2012
Eric oversees our team of installation and service technicians helps to implement quality control, equipment staging and phasing of projects, ensuring adherence to Immedia’s safety standards, Quality Management Program, and project construction schedules. Once a technician himself, Eric understands what the final product should look like. A career highlight included his role in ensuring that Immedia achieved Infocomm’s Apex Certification.
MaryBeth Hale
Controller
Joined the team in February 2019
MaryBeth joined the Immedia team as the Controller in February 2019, bringing over 25 years of financial experience to the company. She relocated to the Phoenix area from Albuquerque, New Mexico where she worked for an IT/Video Surveillance/Access Control/AV integrator. Much of her experience was gained in the construction and waste industry (Republic Services and Waste Management) with a focus in financial performance management and reporting. She is responsible for all aspects of the Accounting team.
Matt Yenter
Director of Sales
Joined the team in March 2015
Matt brings over three decades of sales and AV credentials to the team at Immedia. With a background in consultative sales, territory, and project management within the AV industry, he is focused on increasing market share via securing new business and managing key accounts. Working closely with the engineering team, he assists in the design and deployment of comprehensive AV solutions for commercial and educational clients. He develops and conducts post-installation systems training with end-users, maintains relationships with AEC professionals, and represents the firm at commercial real estate industry events.
Dirk Williams
Director of Corporate Strategy
Joined the team in September 2019
Dirk Williams joined Immedia in September of 2019 as our Director of Corporate Strategy. His career has taken him from the board room of some well-known companies such as Thomson Reuters, Best Buy, and General Mills, to Main Street as a small business owner/operator for a decade in California. Dirk holds an MBA in IT and entrepreneurialism from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor’s degree in finance from The Ohio State University. At Immedia Dirk is developing a new approach to our customer experience model as well as implementing open-book management to improve our bottom line.
Carl Adams
Sales Manager
Joined the team in September 2020
Carl’s experience spans over twenty years of Enterprise-driven sales account management. As a technology thought leader, he has guided clients through complex projects that span the globe. He works closely with our enthusiastic and well-rounded sales team to expand Immedia's enterprise client base while providing next-level service to our current and future partners. He helps to continue the accelerated growth that Immedia has experienced in recent years.
