Every comment we have received, both positive and negative, is displayed below with the most recent at the top. In April of 2020 we began collecting this feedback and will update it weekly with the newest comments listed first. The survey is sent to our clients at three points during every project and after every service call. For each response Immedia donates a dollar to a local charity. It took a while to get an appointment and go over our needs. Once that was set, I was very pleased with the comprehensive way the program was outlined and presented, the choices, the open way you shared your expertise. I feel very comfortable that we will get the best service.

I have been impressed with the customer service and quick response to my calls/emails. On this instance I gave Immedia an 8 due to the delay in communication and resolution for this instance. I understand some of this may have been out of you control but appreciate the quick turnaround once the TV was picked up from onsite.
