In April of 2020 we began using this system to keep a pulse on our performance and client satisfaction. We have chosen to report the last 90 days as an indicator of current performance. This is more meaningful than how we did a year or more ago. The survey is sent to our clients twice during a project and after every service call. If you receive an email requesting a response, it will take less than ten seconds to respond. Thank you for helping us improve!

The installation teams did an amazing job, they were professional, and the finished product was exceptional. My only reasoning for a 9 was there was a task that was missed, but was immediately addressed, so no negative impact to the business.

Our service technician Joey was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured he completed the job correctly even when it continued to present him with challenges. We are appreciative to be able to use our outdoor speakers that have not worked for a very long time. It is also thanks to Joey's referral to RC Lurie that we are able to use our stage lights again that have been down for years. Thank you to Joey and the Immedia team!
