In April of 2020 we began using this system to keep a pulse on our performance and client satisfaction. We have chosen to report the last 90 days as an indicator of current performance. This is more meaningful than how we did a year or more ago. The survey is sent to our clients twice during a project and after every service call. If you receive an email requesting a response, it will take less than ten seconds to respond. Thank you for helping us improve!

Service was outstanding. I called in the morning, and they had a technician onsite by noon the same day. They figured out the problem with the equipment onsite and then determined a second problem that existed within Astronautics IT environment, and helped IT fix the problem.

After the initial two room installations, had to reach out and get help to restore both rooms audio, display views and display settings having a service return call out. The installers were awesome but had issues after they left site.
