How Our Clients Score Us

We believe in 100% transparency.  The scores represent the percentage of those who would recommend Immedia to friends and colleagues.  Every comment we have received, both positive and negative, is displayed below with the most recent at the top.  In April of 2020 we began collecting this feedback and will update it weekly with the newest comments listed first.  The survey is sent to our clients at three points during every project and after every service call.  For each response Immedia donates a dollar to a local charity.  If you receive an email requesting a response, it will take less than ten seconds to respond. Your sales team is communicative and responsive, but I have had to follow up on deadlines a few times. It's better to let the client know you are still working on something than to have them guessing.
