Immedia Sets Sight on InfoComm 2026

May 1, 2026

For those of us in the audiovisual industry, the month of June marks the most significant gathering of innovation and expertise in the world. It’s the week when the "Fire in the Belly", as we like to call it at Immedia, meets the largest stage in North America. We’re talking about InfoComm, and in 2026, the energy is shifting to the Las Vegas Convention Center from June 13–19.

But what is InfoComm, really? To the uninitiated, it might look like a sea of massive LED walls and deafening speaker arrays. To us, it’s the epicenter of meeting equity, intelligent integration, and the future of human connection.

The InfoComm Experience: Beyond the Hardware

This year, the focus at InfoComm has pivoted sharply toward Intelligent AV. We aren't just looking at clearer pictures or louder sound; we’re looking at how AI and AV-over-IP are fundamentally reshaping the workplace.

“InfoComm is a critical event for our team from a sales and client engagement standpoint. It gives us the opportunity to stay ahead of emerging technology trends, engage directly with manufacturers, and better understand where the industry is heading so we can proactively guide our clients.” Tom Shields, Sales Manager

From the Immedia perspective, we evaluate every "shiny new toy" through the lens of our 5 Value Propositions: Usability, Certification, Training, Quality, and Service. At InfoComm, this translates into three core pillars:

1. The Convergence of AV and IT

We’ve moved past the days of "plugs and wires." Today, everything sits on the network. At InfoComm, we vet the security, scalability, and stability of systems to ensure they integrate seamlessly with your IT infrastructure. Our goal is to find solutions that offer a single pane of glass view for unified management across your entire enterprise.

2. The Quest for Meeting Equity

With the rise of hybrid work, "being in the room" shouldn't be a requirement for being heard. We are heading to Vegas to test the latest in AI-powered camera tracking and spatial audio. These aren't just features; they are essential tools to ensure remote participants feel just as present and empowered as those in the physical office.

3. Real-World Usability (The One-Touch Standard)

We don't just look for "cool" tech; we look for impact. If a system is too complex for a one-touch meeting start, it doesn’t meet the Immedia standard. InfoComm allows our team to get hands-on with the equipment, ensuring that when it reaches your conference room, it’s already been "Immedia-vetted" for performance and reliability.

See You in Las Vegas!

The Immedia team is thrilled that we will be on the ground at InfoComm 2026 once again. Whether we're exploring the latest in Command & Control at the North Hall or diving into AI-driven workflows in the West Hall, we are there to bring the best of global innovation back to our partners in Arizona and beyond.

We look forward to seeing our partners, manufacturers, and friends on the show floor. Let’s build the future of integrated experiences together.
