Immedia was honored to receive Crestron’s Best Space Management Solution Award for our work with Gila River Resorts & Casinos. When Gila River faced the growing risk of outdated AV technology across their properties, they turned to Immedia for a solution that would not only modernize their systems but also ensure operational continuity every step of the way.
We are incredibly grateful to Gila River Resorts & Casinos for trusting us with this important project, and to Crestron for recognizing our work with this prestigious award. Most of all, a huge shoutout to the amazing Immedia team whose expertise, dedication, and precision made this project a true success. Immedia kicked off this year’s Waste Management Open with an epic pre- and post-party experience! Between the Bloody Mary bar, live tunes, and authentic connections, nearly 1,200 attendees walked away with unforgettable moments and plenty of good vibes.
With the energy still buzzing, we can’t wait for WMO Peak Week 2026, and based on this year’s success, Immedia is already gearing up to make next year’s celebration even bigger and more exciting!

Bourbon & Cigars returned in 2025 for yet another fantastic evening of curated indulgence and elevated experiences. With richer flavors, bolder pairings, and a room full of familiar faces, this year’s gathering reminded us exactly why it remains one of Immedia’s most anticipated events.

This year, Immedia rolled into its 16th Annual Bowl-Off and it was our biggest one yet with record-breaking attendance! We were thrilled to welcome both familiar faces and brand-new friends, all bringing the energy that made this year’s event the best one to date. From standout costumes to a downright ridiculous number of strikes, the night was packed with personality, competition, and community.
We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible people who show up and show out every single year. But 2025? That was a Bowl-Off to remember. And if this year was any indication… 2026 better get ready.
